1. Who we are

2. The Service

AI Indicator Lab provides an AI assisted chat tool that helps you describe your trading approach and generates a corresponding custom technical indicator (in Pine Script, for use on TradingView), along with related features such as strategy chat, monthly retuning suggestions, and trade journal feedback, as described on our pricing page and made available according to your subscription tier.

The Service is a software tool only. It is not investment advice. Please read our Risk Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By registering, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

4. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation

• The Service is offered on a recurring monthly subscription basis at the price shown for your selected tier at the time of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then.
• As this is a digital service that gives you immediate access to software features, once your subscription period has started and you have accessed the Service, your statutory right to cancel for a refund under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 may not apply, except where required by law. We may, at our discretion, offer refunds in specific circumstances (e.g. technical failure preventing use of the Service).
• We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice before it takes effect for existing subscribers.

5. Acceptable use of the AI assistant

The AI assistant is scoped strictly to trading strategy discussion, market analysis of information you provide, and indicator building. You agree not to attempt to use the assistant for unrelated purposes, and acknowledge that it is designed to decline or redirect requests outside this scope. You must not use the Service to attempt to break, circumvent, or reverse engineer the assistant's guardrails, or to generate content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful.

6. Intellectual property and your indicator

• We own all intellectual property rights in the Service itself, including the underlying software, platform, and AI system.
• Subject to your ongoing subscription and compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, non exclusive, non transferable licence to use the specific Pine Script indicator(s) generated for your account, for your own personal trading use.
• You must not resell, sublicense, or redistribute indicators generated through the Service to third parties. We may take action, including account suspension, against unauthorised redistribution or piracy of generated indicators.
• If your subscription ends, your licence to use indicators generated through the Service ends at the same time, unless we state otherwise.

7. No professional or financial advice

Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. See our Risk Disclaimer for full detail. You are solely responsible for decisions you make using any output of the Service.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any indirect or consequential losses, including trading losses, loss of profits, or loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under English law. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or restrict access for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, including misuse of the AI assistant or unauthorised redistribution of generated indicators. You may cancel your subscription at any time as set out in Section 4.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, save that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
