AI Indicator Lab ("we", "us", "the Service") provides software that helps you design and generate a custom technical indicator for use on the TradingView platform, based on information you provide about your own trading approach. The Service, including any output from the AI assistant:

• does not assess your personal financial situation, needs, or objectives;
• does not constitute a personal recommendation under the FCA Handbook (COBS 9);
• does not constitute investment advice, tax advice, or legal advice;
• should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any trading or investment decision.

Any strategy logic, indicator, or commentary generated by the AI reflects the inputs you provided and general technical analysis concepts. It is not a signal to trade and does not guarantee any particular outcome.

3. No guarantee of performance

We do not guarantee that any indicator, strategy, or backtest result produced through the Service will be profitable, accurate, or suitable for live trading conditions. Backtested or simulated performance has inherent limitations, including that it is calculated with the benefit of hindsight and does not account for all market conditions, liquidity, slippage, or execution factors you may encounter in live trading.

4. You are responsible for your own decisions

You are solely responsible for any trading or investment decisions you make, including decisions to use, modify, or act upon any indicator generated through the Service. We strongly recommend you test any indicator thoroughly in a demo environment before using it with real funds, and that you never risk money you cannot afford to lose.

5. Regulatory status

AI Indicator Lab is a technology and software provider. We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), and the Service is not a regulated financial product. We do not hold client money, execute trades, or provide portfolio management. If you require regulated financial advice, please consult an FCA authorised financial adviser. 6. Third party platforms

Indicators generated by the Service are intended for use on TradingView, a third party platform not owned or operated by us. We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or policies of TradingView or any broker, exchange, or platform you choose to trade through.
